Credit Memo Reports

Credit note reporting of monthly, semi-annual, and fiscal-year on approved credit notes for four business units within Customer Service America at Johnson Controls. This project involved extracting, cleaning, and consolidating data from multiple systems to support data-driven decision-making.

Collaborated with managers from each business unit to collect data from three different systems, with responsibility for managing and extracting data from SAP HANA.
Standardized and consolidated information from three different sources using Python to integrate them into a single dataset.
Cleaned data and created key features using Python to enable more detailed analysis.
Designed and created Excel reports with the consolidated information, shared with business unit managers and the Director of Customer Service America.
