Led the back-end development for an AI-powered web app at Wizeline, a software company in Mexico, designed to assess the English skills and technical abilities of job applicants. This solution seeked to streamline the hiring process, making it faster, more efficient, and scalable by automating key evaluation tasks.

Features

  • Created a quiz with technical questions tailored to each job role, using ChatGPT and Whisper to record and assess the responses.
  • Stored the recordings in S3 and the scores in RDS from Amazon Web Services (AWS) for easy retrieval.
  • Admin dashboard to view the candidate's score and answers. Also, allowed the modification of scores and questions to be displayed in each position.
  • Unique code shared with applicants to allow them to answer the quiz.
